Event Description: Adapting exercise for different people & conditions
Our next Musculoskeletal Network event will take place on Friday, 17th May 2024, from 15:00 to 17:00, where we will explore the topic “Adapting exercise for different people & conditions”, with a focus on:
• Introduction: UK and WHO physical activity guidelines
• Exercise for people with osteoporosis
• Getting back to running after childbirth
• Exercise for people with persistent pain
The Musculoskeletal Network provides opportunities to meet with musculoskeletal health professionals for regular, high-quality CPD.
Come along for some guided peer learning, refreshments and the opportunity to discuss and debate case studies and the latest research.
