Join us each Tuesday through October for our signature Matwork Pilates class, tailored to be accessible for beginners & anyone who would like to take things more gently.
This 60 minute class combines a functional approach to strengthening with mobility and challenge. This class includes lots of options for modifying movements to work harder or more gently. Usually includes a standing component at the start of the class.
Price: £18 per single class price or purchase the 5 class series for £85
Class location: The Barn, Denbies Wine Estate, Bradley Lane, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6AA. Follow signs for SHP Health.
Class instructions:
- We have mats and props available for you to use in “The Studio”. You’re very welcome to bring your own mat and props with you if you prefer.
- Please bring a water bottle and towel with you to class.
- Please bring a blanket or extra layer for any relaxation phase of the class.
- Please arrive in your exercise wear ready for the class.
- Please check in with reception before your class.
- We have hand sanitiser available for your use.
- Shoes are not permitted to be worn in “The Studio”. There is space in reception to leave shoes and any bags, etc.
- If taking your phone into 'The Studio', please have this set to silent.
- Please do not park in the Denbies Farm Shop car park or block the Farm Shop delivery door.
