Event description:
This webinar will be led by Dr Massimo Barcellona and will explore the evidence-base for best practice in musculoskeletal care in the context of virtual/remote consultation. Contextual factors relating to the delivery of safe and effective remote consultations will be explored. There will be opportunity for Q&A and for sharing experiences relating to remote consultation in practice.
In addition, Dr Emma Godfrey (Senior Lecturer & Education Lead for the Department of Psychology at King's College London) will present the results of the PACT research trial (Physical Therapy Informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (PACT) Versus Usual Care Physical Therapy for Adults With Chronic Low Back Pain: A Randomized Controlled Trial).
