Another Physio-led class, this low-impact, mixed-ability HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class, follows the same format as a regular HIIT class but focuses on lower-impact exercises using equipment. This class still emphasises Pilates positioning & dynamic control alongside a class format that involves periods of maximum effort movement with weights followed by periods of lower intensity or full rest. This class will be gentler on the joints, as there is no jumping directly within the given exercises. Instead, you will achieve a full-body workout using a variety of positions to decrease the stress on individual joints but make the whole body work hard!
