Strong but slow, this yoga class is tailored to be strength focused and incorporates small 1kg - 3kg weights to use at your own pace and comfort. These yoga classes will be progressive, helping you build strength and balance over time, whilst staying mindful in your yoga practise. Each session will begin with grounding and warming the body and end with relaxation, ensuring, as well as a strength focused workout, you receive all the goodness from a more traditional practise.
