Class description: 

Each month, Dynamic Pilates: Challenge introduces a fresh, focused theme, giving your Pilates workouts structure, variety, and a clear goal to work toward. Whether it’s building core strength, mastering a full press-up, or enhancing mobility and control, every challenge is designed to help you develop new skills, improve technique, and stay motivated.

Each class offers a full-body workout that blends dynamic Pilates with strength training, functional movement, and energising sequences while weaving in the month’s specific challenge focus. The challenge builds week by week, so you can stay inspired, and see real results in your practice.

Price: £18 per single class price. We also have options for membership and 5, 10 or 20 class passes.

Class location: The Barn, Denbies Wine Estate, Bradley Lane, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6AA. Follow signs for SHP Health.
