Join us for an integrative 3-hour workshop designed and guided by Ami Patel to support all experiences of femininity throughout a woman’s life. Drawing on the grounded wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, we will explore natural self-care practices and approaches to wellbeing.
Together, we'll explore simple yet powerful tools to soothe anxiety, overwhelm, fatigue, hormonal shifts, stress, exhaustion, and burnout, while cultivating deeper connection, ease and vitality.
What you'll experience:
- Movement and Stillness: Therapeutic and enlivening yoga and ayurveda practices that stabilise hormonal levels, improve posture, enhance muscle tone and balance, boost circulation, and cultivate calm and vitality.
- Simple Self-Care Rituals: Practical and natural approaches to support wellbeing throughout all stages of womanhood.
- Supportive Space: A safe, nurturing, and empowering environment to honour the cyclical nature of being a woman.
This workshop is about rediscovering safety, rest, vitality and connection through the body’s inherent and lived wisdom. It is a supportive space intentionally created for all women, offering support, nourishment, insight, and embodied healing.
It is an invitation to pause from the noise, and a return to your centre.
