Class description:  This summer-infused yoga practice is a journey from yang movement, dynamic, invigorating, and energising, into the cool, calming sanctuary of Yin stillness. We’ll begin by awakening the body with sun-kissed, flowing sequences that build strength, flexibility, and focus. As the pace softens, we melt into long, grounding yin poses that invite deep release, restoration, and a sense of spacious calm.

Let this practice be your weekly ritual to:

This welcoming, mixed-ability class offers variations for both newcomers and seasoned yogis, so you can move, stretch, and rest at a pace that feels right for you, in each moment.

Price: £17 per single class price. We also have options for membership and 5, 10 or 20 class passes.
