Join us for a nurturing workshop designed to celebrate and honour the natural rhythms and cycles of womanhood. In this space, we will explore the deep wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, offering practical self-care tools to support the many stages and experiences of femininity — from health and vitality to healing and self-discovery.
Through insightful discussions and the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, we will delve into the timeless knowledge of ancient traditions, learning to cultivate balance, strength, and harmony within. Whether you are navigating physical changes or seeking to reconnect with your inner self, this workshop is an invitation to embrace every facet of your feminine journey.
At the heart of this experience, Ami Patel will guide you through an enlivening and therapeutic yoga practice — profoundly nourishing, grounding, and revitalising on all levels. This practice is designed to soothe the nervous system, support your emotional well-being, and promote overall vitality.
The workshop will also feature an extended relaxation session, where you will be invited to deeply rest and restore. Please feel free to bring your own props, blanket, or shawl to ensure comfort and warmth as you unwind and rejuvenate in this tranquil environment.
Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and reconnected to your natural rhythm.
