As autumn fades and the veil of winter begins to descend, we find ourselves in the heart of Scorpio season, a powerful time for transformation, introspection, and renewal. Nature is slowing down, and so too are we called inward, to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Join Jo Porter for an afternoon of dynamic vinyasa yoga, guided meditation, and self-reflection, thoughtfully designed to align with the season. Drawing on both astrological insights and Ayurvedic principles, this workshop invites you to harness the potency of this transitional time; to release what no longer serves, restore your inner balance, and gently prepare for the stillness of winter.
Expect a flowing vinyasa practice, balanced with grounding meditation and journaling to support you as you move through this seasonal threshold.
What to Expect:
• A deeply embodied vinyasa flow (intermediate level)
• Guided meditation and seasonal intention-setting
• Time and space for journaling and reflection
• Insights into the current Scorpio energies and Ayurvedic wisdom
• A nurturing environment to support personal transformation
This workshop is ideal for those with prior vinyasa yoga experience who are curious to explore deeper layers of their practice. Please bring a journal and pen, and anything else you need to feel comfortable.
