Class description: Led by a Physio, this class is aimed at people wanting to work on their mobility and function to optimise daily activities and independence. It is suitable for people who cannot or would prefer not to get down onto the floor. It is also suitable as a rehabilitation class, to recover from injury or as a step up to returning to a Pilates or Yoga class.
