Igniting Power & Invoking Protection: a Yoga workshop to re-balance your feminine power!
Description:
We all hold a combination of qualities… of feminine and masculine energy, light and dark, yin and yang…. A mixture of opposing yet complimentary characteristics that are forever shifting and evolving. As we make the transition from late summer, to autumn, we can honour these shifts and seek a balance of energy in body, mind and spirit.
This workshop will fuse the magic of ancient yogic practices with contemporary techniques, allowing time for reflection on our relationship with feminine power and how this can help us to navigate the seasonal shift with greater ease. Expect to go on a transformational journey of mythical storytelling, mantra, kriyas, dynamic vinyasa yoga, journaling, meditation and yoga nidra in this 3 hr workshop with the hugely experienced, creative, and very lovely Jo Porter.
Date: Saturday 14 October 2023, 2pm to 5pm.

Class location: The Barn, Denbies Wine Estate, Bradley Lane, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6AA.
Class instructions:
- We have mats and props available for you to use in “The Studio”. You’re very welcome to bring your own mat and props with you if you prefer.
- Please bring a water bottle and an extra layer for the relaxation part of the workshop.
- Whilst no longer mandatory, we still have hand sanitiser available for your use.
- Whilst masks are no longer required you are more than welcome to wear one as you enter and leave “The Studio”.
- Shoes are not permitted to be worn in “The Studio”.
- If taking your phone into 'The Studio', please have this set to silent.
