Workshop description: We start the workshop with an energising yet gentle combination of Pilates and Yoga, allowing some time for workshopping of key movements for keeping strong and healthy. This includes a restorative section with aromatherapy oils. Expect to finish feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated.
After an energy ball snack and herbal tea, we head across with a short walk to Chimney Fire Coffee, to experience their Coffee Tasting Experience. Chimney Fire will guide you through a sensory journey to help you work out what you like and why, teach you how to make great coffee at home using the V60 brewer, and run through our top tips - everything from the best storage methods to avoiding over-caffeination. Each participant receives a brew kit to take home containing everything required for this method - a V60 dripper, 40 filter papers, and a three bag taster pack for use during the session - plus a home brew guide, tote bag, and discount code for your favourite coffee.

Class instructions:
- We have mats and props available for you to use in “The Studio”. You’re very welcome to bring your own mat and props with you if you prefer.
- Please bring a water bottle and towel with you to class. You may also wish to bring along a pair of trainers and layers/waterproof for the vineyard walk.
- Please arrive in your exercise wear ready for the class.
- Whilst no longer mandatory, we still have hand sanitiser available for your use.
- Whilst masks are no longer required you are more than welcome to wear one as you enter and leave “The Studio”.
- Shoes are not permitted to be worn in “The Studio”.
- If taking your phone into 'The Studio', please have this set to silent.
