Antenatal Pilates 6-weeks course (Live in Studio)
Class description: A Pilates class perfectly tailored to your needs during pregnancy. Designed to be accessible both for beginners and Pilates devotees, our experienced Physiotherapist instructors will be giving options for challenge, as well as options to work more gently, throughout the class. Suitable at any stage of pregnancy, we provide wedges and lots of options for postural support to keep you comfortable right up until the birth of your baby! We are also happy to welcome post-partum clients up to around 6 months post-natal.
As this class is Physiotherapist-led, it is still suitable if you are struggling with any aches or pains in pregnancy. If you would like more specific advice or assessment for pregnancy related musculoskeletal pain (back or pelvic pain for example) then please contact to book an appointment with our women’s health Physiotherapist.

Price: £90 total for the 6-week course. The course includes 6 x 1 hour Pilates class.
Class location: The Barn, Denbies Wine Estate, Bradley Lane, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6AA. Follow signs for SHP Health.
Class instructions:
- We have mats and props available for you to use in “The Studio”. You’re very welcome to bring your own mat and props with you if you prefer.
- Please bring a water bottle and towel with you to class.
- Please bring an extra layer for any relaxation phase of the class.
- Please arrive in your exercise wear ready for the class.
- Please check in with reception before your class.
- We have hand sanitiser available for your use.
- Shoes are not permitted to be worn in “The Studio”. There is space in reception to leave shoes and any bags, etc.
- If taking your phone into 'The Studio', please have this set to silent.
- Please do not park in the Denbies Farm Shop car park or block the Farm Shop delivery door.
