Dynamic Pilates: Gentle (Live online)

Class description: Our signature style of dynamic Pilates class, tailored with beginners in mind, and accessible for anyone who would like to take things more gently. Combines a functional approach to strengthening with gentle mobility. In standing and on the mat.

Price: £12 per single class price. We also have options for membership and 5, 10 or 20 class passes.

Class location: This class will be live streamed from The Barn @ Denbies using Zoom. Please ensure that you have a mat & any props, a water bottle, and a towel to hand.  Please note that to download the Zoom APP is free.
