Small Equipment Series : Magic Circle Focus
Week 4 of the Small Equipment Series: Our signature style of Dynamic Pilates class with a special focus on the Magic Cirlce.
Use the circle to add resistance, activation and challenge, while developing strength, stability and control. Expect a combination of standing and mat-based exercises, with occasional aerobic challenge in standing.
