Join us for a nourishing midyear circle a sacred pause to gently reflect on the first six months of the year and consciously set your direction for the months ahead. As we reach this midpoint, it offers a powerful opportunity to step out of the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself, your intentions, and what truly matters.
Together, we’ll create a supportive and welcoming space to acknowledge what has unfolded so far. Through guided reflection, you’ll be invited to consider what you’re ready to release, what you wish to carry forward, and what you feel called to cultivate in the second half of the year.
The evening will begin with a guided meditation to bring clarity and inner calm, followed by a moment of reflection and optional sharing within the circle. Lastly, we will move into a grounding Yin practice accompanied by the soothing sounds of Tibetan sound bowls, helping you relax deeply and reconnect with your body.
This is your space to pause, realign, and reconnect without pressure or expectation. Come exactly as you are, and leave feeling centred, clear, and intentionally aligned for the months ahead

Class instructions:
- We have mats, blankets and props available for you in “The Studio”. Though you’re very welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
- There will be complimentary herbal teas and fruit available.
- You may wish to bring a water bottle and towel with you to class.
- You may wish to bring a blanket or extra layer for any relaxation phase of the class.
- Please arrive in your exercise wear ready for the class.
- Generally, shoes are not permitted to be worn in “The Studio”. There is space in reception to leave shoes and any bags, etc.
- If taking your phone into 'The Studio', please set this to silent.
- Please do not park in the Denbies Farm Shop car park or block the Farm Shop delivery door.
A bit about your instructors:
This workshop will be hosted By Charlie Mann and Charlotte Musgrove. Charlie is a trained Low Intensity CBT therapist and experienced yoga teacher with six years of teaching practice. Based in Sri Lanka, she owns a yoga studio and draws on her experience in mental health work to create supportive, mindful yoga classes that nurture wellbeing and personal growth.
Charlotte is a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist who has been running a busy private practice in Surrey for 6 years. Charlotte has an unquenchable appetite for listening, understanding, reflecting and being moved by the human experience. She is a firm believer in alternate therapies for healing and makes regular pilgrimages to sound therapists, ecstatic dances, spiritual groups, constellation workshops, drumming circles, cacao ceremonies, conscious connected breath work spaces and the natural world for healing.
