Join Becky Kershaw for a Pilates & Strength Workshop; a supportive space to build confidence, refine technique, and deepen your connection to strength training.
This workshop offers the opportunity to slow down, focus on form, and explore classic strength movements through a Pilates-informed lens. Whether you’re new to lifting weights or looking to develop greater confidence and understanding in your practice, this session is designed to help you feel stronger, more capable, and more connected to your body.
Guided by Becky’s warm and encouraging approach, you’ll be supported in developing safe, effective strength techniques while building the confidence to lift weights in a way that supports long-term progress and results.
The workshop will begin with a dynamic Pilates warm-up to awaken the body and prepare the muscles for strength work. From there, Becky will guide you through a strength-focused session that guides key exercises, breaking down the technique behind classic lifts and compound movements so you can move with clarity and confidence.
You’ll be invited to use the studio’s dumbbells or bring along any weights you regularly train with (such as kettlebells from home), allowing you to practise movements that feel relevant to your own strength journey.
There will also be the opportunity for informal discussion, where Becky will share insights from her experience as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, including ways to support your strength journey through training consistency.
This experience is designed to leave you feeling stronger, more confident with weights, and empowered with practical knowledge to continue progressing in your training.
All levels are welcome. No prior experience with weight training is required.
