Join Kat Caddick for a nourishing workshop in preparation for the Spring Equinox; a space to pause, reset, and consciously step into the months ahead.
Often referred to as the real New Year, the Spring Equinox is a powerful point of balance and a moment to clear what no longer serves you. This carefully curated workshop blends manifestation practices, chakra-based yoga, ceremonial cacao, and sound healing to help you reconnect, realign, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
You’ll be guided through:
- A welcoming intention-setting circle, exploring manifestation and vision creation
- A reflective practice to define what you truly want to cultivate this year
- A guided meditation to embody your vision and gently release attachment
- A flowing chakra-clearing yoga practice, moving from root to crown
- Optional ceremonial cacao to support heart-opening and deeper connection
- A deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the body and nervous system to fully integrate
This experience is designed to leave you feeling grounded yet expansive, clear yet open; a powerful reset for the season ahead.
All levels are welcome. No prior experience with yoga, sound baths, or cacao is required.

Class location: The Barn, Denbies Wine Estate, Bradley Lane, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6AA.
Class instructions:
- We have mats, blankets and props available for you in “The Studio”. Though you’re very welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
- You may wish to bring a water bottle and towel with you to class.
- You may wish to bring a blanket or extra layer for any relaxation phase of the class.
- Please arrive in your exercise wear ready for the class.
- Generally, shoes are not permitted to be worn in “The Studio”. There is space in reception to leave shoes and any bags, etc.
- If taking your phone into 'The Studio', please set this to silent.
- Please do not park in the Denbies Farm Shop car park or block the Farm Shop delivery door.
