Children's Yoga (age 6-12) (Live in Studio)

Class description: Our summer series of children's yoga classes will explore, learn and develop our understanding of yoga through play and mindful movement. Combining stories, songs, games and themes to bring it all to life, making yoga fun, accessible and meaningful for all children. You are never too young to start your yoga journey!

Dates: Monday afternoon for 4 weeks: 31 Jul, 7 Aug, 14 Aug & 21 Aug. 3:30pm for 45 minutes.

Cost: £12 for an individual session (£10 each for siblings). If booking the 4 week course, the price is £40 - contact us to book all 4 sessions to receive the discount.

Class location: The Barn, Denbies Wine Estate, Bradley Lane, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6AA.

Class instructions:

We have mats and props available for you to use in “The Studio”. You’re very welcome to bring your own mat and props with you if you prefer.
Please bring a water bottle and towel with you to class.
Please arrive in your exercise wear ready for the class.
We have hand sanitiser available for your use.
Shoes are not permitted to be worn in “The Studio”. There is space in reception to leave shoes and any bags, etc.
If taking your phone into 'The Studio', please have this set to silent.
Please do not park in the Denbies Farm Shop car park or block the Farm Shop delivery door.
