Workshop description:
Boost your immune system with this 2-hour workshop led by Amy Miller; including chest opening postures & twists to energise the respiratory system, with a focus on pranayama (breath work).
Dynamic movement and deep relaxation during practice to assist in lowering stress hormones.
You will also be invited to share some delicious homemade cake and detoxing herbal tea. Leave feeling invigorated, rested and ready to take on whatever life throws at you.

Workshop location: The Barn, Denbies Wine Estate, Bradley Lane, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6AA.

Workshop instructions:
  • Please bring your own mat, a water bottle and towel.
  • Please arrive in your exercise wear ready for the workshop.
  • Please maintain two metre social distancing.
  • Please use the hand sanitiser provided on entering "The Barn" and then go straight into the studio.
  • Please place your mat on the markers provided.
  • Toilet facilities are not available unless for emergencies, please inform a member of staff if you need to use the facilities.
  • Please enter "The Barn" using the sloped entrance and exit via the door with step access.
  • Please leave "The Barn" immediately after the end of the workshop.
  • Facilities will be cleaned in line with government guidance.
  • Windows will be opened to allow for adequate ventilation.
  • Shoes are not permitted to be worn in the studio.
