Class description: Join Melé for a nourishing two-hour Yin Yang workshop at the Barn, SHP 

We’ll start with some gentle fascial release.  A subtle form of rolling self-massage, that can help to release tension in the body.  We’ll continue to progressively warm and energise through gentle Yang practice.  Before moving into a slow-paced and calming Yin practice, where we’ll passively hold postures to hydrate and free connective tissue, clearing blockages allowing energy to move freely around the main meridian pathways.  The practices combined will help you reset and balance :). A delicious savasana will conclude the practice, with some subtle sweet sounds, to awaken your senses. 

 

Mixed ability class, beginners welcome.
